I assume your downloaded the above Oracle files and the directory above
exists on your server.  If not, you'll need to.  You may want to refer to
some instructions for installing Oracle on the RaQ3.  It's been over a year
since I've installed Oracle on a RaQ3 and I have not done so on the RaQ4 so
I'm not going to be able to offer much more assistance.

It's at /usr/sbin/apxs.  You could find out by doing "locate apxs".  If you
didn't know that I'm worried that you may be trying something a little more
advanced than you may be capable of handling.
