For those who are not Boulder County Residents and do not have Boulder License plates there is a $3 parking fee for Boulder Mountain Parks. There was a big sign warning of such just before the entrance to Gregory Canyon and we saw a Sheriff's vehicle on the entrance road. So it appears that they are enforcing the parking fee.
