I still have 3 Juncos in my yard today, two Slate-colored and one Pink-sided.
I've never had them here past the first week of April before. Over a dozen
White-crowned Sparrows picking up Nyger seed that was blown all over the yard
by the wind and a lone Song Sparrow skulking around.

The bossy Robins are back in force. More than one now know that I feed
mealworms and dried cranberries in the morning. It is not wise for me to sit
down with my coffee unless I've fed them first. They can be quite rude, staring
into the house windows until they get some action. But hey, I'm teachable.
