Continued slow today......in addition to relatively few birds around, we also
had a pair of Sharp-shinned Hawks looking for brunch, which kept those birds
that were around in hiding. Finally caught the female mid-morning, and that
kept us and visitors entertained for awhile!

Sharp-shinned Hawk 1
Black-capped Chickadee 1 return (banded 2007), 1 recapture (we caught her last
Monday; she came back today to show off her newly acquired brood patch)
Hermit Thrush 2
Virginia's Warbler 1
Yellow-rumped Warbler 1

Time for things to pick up!
