Hey - that's cool! The best feature IMO is that you can click on a species
and then see where the best spots are to find them by month.

For example, if you're looking for Dusky Grouse in May within 50 miles of
Colorado Springs:

https://www.michaelfogleman.com/birds/where/4576?lat=38.833882&lng=-104.821363&radius_mi=50&month=5

Or if you want to find a Chukar on the western slope in June:

https://www.michaelfogleman.com/birds/where/1153?lat=39.063871&lng=-108.550649&radius_mi=50&month=6

It does appear that it is limited to showing eBird hotspots. Clicking on
one will take you to the eBird hotspot. The feature is similar to the
eBird species maps, but it does give you a frequency/confidence that eBird
does not. However, it does lack showing all non-hotspot locations that
you'd find on eBird.

Thanks for sharing.
