Hey guys,
The BirdsEye app I've been using for years ties into your (and everybody
else's) eBird data to show you what species have been seen nearby AND what
nearby species you need for your life or year list. With each species, it
shows a graph of peak occurrence/adundance by month. It is a monthly
subscription but well worth it to the traveling birder. Its filters allow
you to set for sightings within the last week, 2 weeks, or month and within
1 mile, 5 miles, 10 miles, 25 miles or 50 miles. There are photos and
sounds in addition to the abundance graphs, and locations aren't restricted
to hotspots. There are packs to purchase that open it up to world birds
too. I have no connection to the app developer but am just an extremely
satisfied customer. Check it out!
