For example, it looks like you would want to put
#define __THROW
in such a file.
If I put this preprocessor statement together with "#define __nonnull(X)" into
an additional header file "spatch-tweaks.h", I wonder still why there remain a
couple of messages about parsing errors for variable names with leading underscores.
