Dear Mr.Sajay
Shall I confirm as below :
1. If I have VS 2003, I can do everything like ;
-- Install the necessary and ALL THE S/WS for development
-- If a package / software developed on Vb.net or C# can be made
ready to
install on other systems which is .Net Framework installed ?
2. So, If I have installed/possess VS 2003, the set of CD's is enough n
more.

I guess if you want to develop you need the .NET SDK

Or as another option mentioned above you can install the Visual Studio
2003 That has the full SDK.
But if you want to get a quick start the SDK with some free IDE like sharp
develop would do. http://sharpdevelop.com/OpenSource/SD/Default.aspx BTW:
If you have visual studio 2003 it would the be easiest way for you.
