Hi -- congratulations on your new addition! Cockapoos are so wonderful. My little Sammy is now 1-1/2 yrs old... one thing I found that he really loves, and keeps him occupied, is a small kong. I smear just a little, tiny bit of peanut butter down inside every morning before I leave for work. He just loves it, and it keeps him busy for quite awhile... then when he's finished licking and chewing the kong, he's exhausted and goes right to sleep. It's almost like a pacifier is to a human baby! Just an idea. I hope this helps!
