I took Benji back to the Vet Sat. They done xrays and said that he does
have stones, and usually if a pup this young has stones there is a
deformity of some kind in the bladder, so Benji is scheduled for
surgery Thurs. Feb 9. I have tryed to contact the guy that we bought
him from since Sat and evidently he is avoiding my calls. So today I
left him a message and told him of the surgery, and that if he thought
that saleing this puppy sick and not doing anything about it was the
right and honest thing to do, that was fine, but I would contact my
lawyer and see if he thought it was the right thing. All I ask of this
guy was to return my purchase price. I told him I would go ahead and
foot the medical expenses and he refuses to co-operate at all. This
cute $175.00 dog, will be worth $438.00, by the time the surgery is
done and then there will be the next round of shots and neutering
expense and this guy won't give back 175.oo, what an idiot. I also
called Dept. of Ag and they are going to inspect his home to see how
the other dogs are taken care of, they said they may not be able to do
anything, but at least they can make him nervous and hopefully prevent
him from selling sick dogs from now on.
