Just google puppymills and I think you will be shocked.  Especialy in Lancaster 
County.
  And yes that is where the puppies go, if you went to the puppy mills and saw 
the conditions you would never buy the puppy.  They also have auctions to sell 
the poor dogs that move from one mill to another.  Its enough to make you sick 
what some people will do to these babies.
