Speaking of which have you been following that story about the german
shephard Congo that was sentenced to death because it was protecting his
owner.
Judge is getting death threats, this is going on here in Jersey and even with
all the animal activists and emails the judge is getting, he stands firm. The
gardener who was bit received a cool 250k from the insurance company, the
owner told him to wait till she came out to bring in the dogs inside, man
didn't listen, and he started flinging a rake at the dog, then he ran behind
the
owner and grabbed her to use her as a shield from the dog, the dog went nuts
and bit him numerous times, however he was PROTECTING his owner, well it went
a step further and a higher judge is letting the dog go home while they are
appealing the lower judge's verdict. Apparently the lower judge is not an
animal lover and doesn't get why people are getting upset, well duh!! There
are
restrictions when he goes home but he has been staying at a save shelter and
they even agree the dog is not vicious! Made my morning when the new judge
granted him a stay!
