I'm not going to get in another disagreement with you as you seem 
to 'know it all'.  I stand by my statement that some of the posts 
didn't appear supportive at all including yours.  There are a lot of 
dogs that are wonderful awesome dogs (we also have a Samoyed who is 
absolutely incredible with people, manners and personality) and I am 
fully aware we are discussing Cockapoos.  I wouldn't be so quick to 
pinpoint puppy mills as being the sole cause of problems with the 
breed though. Even respected breeders experience problems.

Regardless, I trust my friend who is still in the Vet Tech business 
in the educational field now and I can only hope and pray that these 
two wonderful dog moms can help their furkids.
