Welcome to the 2008 Holiday Season!
the Cockapoo Elves have been hard at it, and we think we've got the workshop pretty well ready for you.. There are two opportunities for us all for holiday 2007 shopping... First of all on the NACR site shop page - http://www.cockapoos.com/shopcontents.html <http://www.cockapoos.com/shopcontents.html> or go to www.cockapoos.com and click the Shop button - you'll find adorable Cockapoo Stuffies.... there is a range of sizes, colors and styles but some are limited so don't let them slip by. Remember, these are HUMAN toys - not for your poo or small children. You'll also find some really neat waterproof magnets, showing your Cockapoo Pride and love - good for either inside (like the fridge) or your car; and a cockapoo bookmark for the readers in the bunch (or even to just hang on your bag). And yes - the 2008 NACR Cockapoo and Cockapoo Puppy Calendars are ready and shipping from Cafe Press. It took some extra time to complete the layouts this year since we were really working to get as many cockapoos and puppies as we could included, and with very few exceptions (because of the image quality) we have been able to get almost every poo submitted into the prints (somewhere). Whether your snuggler is in a composite or on its own page depended on the image itself - size, quality and so forth, rather than the dog so, please everyone understand that. We get oodles of pics and trying to make them all work is um, well - maybe I'll get my eyes uncrossed by Christmas :>P but what a wonderful way to go bleary! :>) And - this year we've got some neat extras - you'll find the composite prints (the ones used for the at a glance calendar prints) available on: Holiday 2008 Greeting Cards (available in 10 and 20 packs); all-purpose blank note cards (you write your own message or note - again in 10 and 20 packs); a tote bag with both images - one on each side; mousepads, and TShirts (Regular and women's plus sizes). There's bound to be something for everyone.... and, from all of us at the NACR, we thank you for your support of the annual photo submissions. We strive to keep the markups on the products to a very minimum - from $1.00 to $3.00 over the base cost from Cafe Press, depending on the item so that we can keep them within reach of as many folks as possible. At the same time, the NACR Cafe Press store is the main fund raiser for the NACR, to help cover the costs of running the registry (and there are costs - web domains, servers, postage, paper and ink.... the man-hours are donated but there are still expenses, and we are not known for breaking even so more than man-hours get donated but the folks that are dedicated to making this all work for the future of the Cockapoo).
