We sort of have the same problem and our vet told us to go onto a food that is
for allergys.
We changed to The Natural Balance Fish and Sweet Potato.  Sounds like chicken
is NOT something he can have.  The Natural Balance is one protein and one
source of carbs.
Which is what our vet told us we should try.  So that is one thing I would
suggest on the food front.  She didn't say the Natural balance but an allergy
food.  We just found the Natural Balacne works really great for all the girls.
And there are a few choices of protein it does't have to be the fish.  You
should check out their website and maybe read up on allergy foods.
We had our little girl on the hamburger and rice for a month or so and when we
switched over she had no problems at all.
Good luck it sounds like you have some health issues you are working on too.

started with rice and ground beef. He did great on that! He cleared

up alot with that and the antibiotic. Then we tried rice and chicken

but he hasn't done as well on that. We are currently in a breakout.

Now we are trying rice and ground turkey. He really enjoys that. We

will see if he gets any better.

I am hoping that Friday his vet will give him a steroid shot since we

can't go to the specialist right now anyway.
