Kim been there, done that, and bottom line there is no talking to these small minded people, most of never ever rescued or owned a cockapoo and they don't get it, won't get. I have argued in more forums than I care to from online places to the ACLU boards and everytime you win a round they come right back with another downer. The big part of the problem and this is only since around the year 2000 is so many irreputable breeders have jumped on the band wagon to make a fast buck and along with that they are more and more ill breeded cockapoos coming out, back in 2000 cockapoos didn't exist on petfinder and you could not find them in shelters, now there are hundreds, now there are cockapoos with issues, the cockapoo is the one the best out there when bred responsibly, they are healthy, they are friendly and have the best dispositions, sadly with the over breeding from puppy mills and such problems are happening. Sad really. We as owners know just how special the cockapoo is and that's enough for me. In a message dated 9/19/2008 8:45:03 A.M. I was just wondering if anyone had any opinion on this. Have you had experiences like this too?
