Mine have always been on premium foods, and as young pups they too had the tearing, how I solved it was I keep the hair trimmed that grows out and down from the corner of the eye and that stop the tearing with them. I have 4 buff poos so as you know everything shows up on them. How old we both share a name, welcome to the board and I am Susan Hart (thru marriage) too.
