Hello everyone! My Cockapoo (Paulie) is the greatest dog in the
world. I also free feed. I put food out in the morning, and he eats
it as he pleases. My question is how much food should I be feeding
him. He is a year old and he weighs 24 lbs. My vet said he is the
perfect weight. Lately when all his food is gone, he goes up to his
bowl and scratches for more. I give him a 1 1/4 cups each day, but he
seems to be starving lately. Should I be giving him more food, or is
he just trying to get one past me. Any advice would help. I should
also mention he is a very active dog, always outside playing with my
neighbors dog. Thanks!
