Well, It seems to be a known bug. To solve it just replaced the call to CIContext *context = [[NSGraphicsContext currentContext] CIContext]; with CIContext *context=[CIContext contextWithCGContext: [[NSGraphicsContext currentContext] graphicsPort] options: nil];
