Many have mentioned the technical things, but when it comes to your business reasons, and you mentioned a point there, it might help to see why some of your customers haven't upgraded and see about addressing that. They may be fine with what they currently have, or they might see your update being the final reason to upgrade their computer or OS. Don't assume they won't, just ask, or just tell them the next version will require such-and-such OS X and leave it up to them for the next step. -- Gary L.
