Yes, I am seeing this also as you have described it. It occurred in the beta releases I tried but less severe and less often with each succeeding release. Still occurs in the release version of 10.11. Mac Pro 4,1 (Early 2009) with dual Dell displays. It is not strictly an Xcode issue.
