I was wrong about this detail. The window can definitely be ordered in again, and any subsequent `-close` does *not* issue a `-release`, even if the window `isReleasedWhenClosed`. (How confusing.) So ignore the parenthetical part, but do `setReleasedWhenClosed:NO` your windows.
