I was thinking using NSAttributedString seems like a more general purpose solution because they sound powerful and can be used all over the place. I've used it for HTML which seems like way overkill for this. But I haven't successfully come up with a string that looks correct, whereas I have been able to get the ImageAndTextCell approach to work to my satisfaction, although still convoluted.
