Please pardon my noobness, but could you expand a little on how this works? I'm assuming that the first line somehow assigns the <#cell outlet property#>, since I don't see how else this could work, but I sure don't see how that actually happens. It certainly looks like a alloc/assign/release pattern, but I feel like there should be some more code.
