This has been very extensively reported everywhere from CNET to daringfireball. 
All developer resources went offline between 2 and 3 days ago and nobody has a 
clue why at this point, well nobody outside Apple of course. 

So if you need a download, a video, a provisioning profile or the devforums, 
you're rather out of luck at this point. This and other mailing lists 
fortunately continue and we can continue to discuss cocoa topics here just as 
before.
