Apple added this restriction because scammy developers were submitting accurate 
screenshots of their (crappy) apps during review, then after the app went on 
sale they'd swap them out for screenshots taken from other (much better) apps. 
So customers ended up buying apps that looked nothing like what was promised on 
the app store.

Now the screenshots are tied to the app submission so they always get reviewed 
for accuracy.
