It should not be there.  Delete it and see if it reappears during the next 
build.

For something to make it into Contents/Resource, it must be, in your product’s 
Xcode Target, in a Copy Files Build Phase which targets Contents/Resources.  By 
default, your app will have such a build phase named “Copy Bundle Resources”.  
Study it and add your Help bundle to that Build Phase.
