I'm sure you can, but it's very non-obvious *where*, and there's a
vast amount about SQL, scripting, forms and other (doubtless
important) stuff which very much gets in the way of someone trying to
move existing vanilla XML/XSLT functionality from Cocoon 1 to Cocoon 2
before starting to implement the new features.

I'm documenting as I go: there will be a Beginners' Guide 
(*has* to be: I have users who want to do this stuff and they certainly
don't want to know about SQL :-)
