If you're going to host it at Notre Dame I would expect an agenda something
like this (do it on Saturday, 9/11)
1. meet & greet (mid-morning)
2. Tailgate (noon)
3. Notre Dame Vs. Michigan (3:30)
4. presentation to library staff
5. hack session
6. go home
Can you get us in to the game, Eric? I'd come.

There are plenty of inexpensive hotels in South Bend because of all of our
football games.
