In general I'm open to helping other networks with what they do, I obviously
won't go out of my way to help them, but if theres a reasonable change I can
make that won't impact anything we're doing I'll try and take it. Hence
include/ircd_policy.h. Undernet's daemon is very popular for people to use
as a base, and we should at least try and be somewhat conciderate to these
people. :)
