IRCnet also provides ALIS service, which allows to search using many options
(like min/max usercount, topic,channame and with wildcards). Help is avaible
via /squery alis help list.
Source for this service is avaible at http://jv.irc.cz/alis-2.2beta5.tar.gz,
but uses IRCnet specific service protocol.
