Why should Undernet protect some flooder`s IP/Host from being visible ?

IMO If he did something serious like heavy spamming It`s a good reason to
let his host be known so ppl can contact his ISP

How do you expect us to take you seriously if you contradict yourself ?

So basically we could ask everyone in the channel to close their eyes while
he sets the +b and make them promise to not check the banlist :)
