Anyone suggestions?

Why is it not possible to gline a specific userpart like:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED]
With such a gline you only ban users who have javauser in there [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Is there a way to make this gline work?
