2.10.11.05 has been released, this version fixes a number of bugs and introduces some new network wide features, and therefore will be a mandatory upgrade.

Bug fixes:
* the PART flood bug has been fixed.
* a CPU starvation attack has been fixed.
* IP based klines that match * now work (see note below)
* Fixed buggy +k handling
* Fixed buggy nick collision handling
* Fixed bug where users who had been kicked were shown as spiriously rejoining the channel.
* /stats v now shows the correct client count for the local server
* Fixed some bugs in IPcheck
* Fixed bugs where users could get "stuck" in the unregistered phase
* On netjoin servers will all agree on keys and limits, rather than them swapping.

New features:
* Realname glines now work (sent by GLINE $Rgline..)
* [EMAIL PROTECTED] information is shown in client connect/disconnect notices.
* +k users (X/euworld/etc) can invite users to channels they aren't on
* Socket buffer sizes can be configured via F:lines
* Builds cleanly on MacOS X
* Opers can list secret channels

Other:
* PART message format is changed back to the old style that doesn't break old, stupid clients.
* example.conf now suggests logging critical errors so that OOM issues are logged correctly.

Notes:
* Please make sure your k:lines are correct, they can not have a hostname in them, only K:lines match hostnames.

* If you are seeing slower bursts with this version of ircu, or if you have very fast, but long links as a server<->server link
you should investigate adding F:SOCKSENDBUF and F:SOCKRECVBUF, these should probably be set to the maximum bandwidth delay product you're likely to see. Talk to me on IRC if you want help with this.

As always you can get the latest 2.10.11 version of ircu from CVS via
cvs -d [EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/undernet-ircu checkout -r u2_10_11 ircu2.10
or from
