Can we have the "complaints" that has been lodged via the website be added to the e-mails?
So the confirmation e-mail contains the complaint, then the confirmation link page
contains it too, then also when it's closed off, the closed off e-mail as well to
contain it? Or just the closed off e-mail with the cs admins action remarks?
