Hi

This is something kN_ noticed when sending mails to users asking dnsbl removals.
We'd need some addition, as specified below:

* Fully functional Email Addresses from guests

Upon filling out the form, they currently have to include the following:
Nickname/Full real name, Email, Notes. Once they submit the requests, abuse@ will receive the delist requests. However, there are cases when the email addresses they use don't work or exist, and therefore abuse@'s replies are lost.

Examples:

"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to u...@yahoo.com because the address
couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to evanatso...@gmail.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail."

We would propose the following:

1. A line that indicates they have to use email addresses that actually
work and accept emails coming from us, something like: "Please make sure
the email address you provide does exist and is able to accept emails
coming from us."

2. Email verification. In a nutshell, once they click on a link they get
through email, the delist request is 'accepted' and being sent to
ab...@undernet.org. If they don't click on that link, it gets rejected.

thank you

proto
