Hello,

I'm just starting to explore collectl and I've got a question about
rotating files.

I'm running version 3.6.1 and the daemon command in /etc/collectl.conf
has the following options:

DaemonCommands = -f /var/log/collectl -r00:00,7 -m -F60 -s+YZ

So the output file from collectl goes into the directory /var/log/collectl.
The part I'm a little unclear about is the option "-r00:00,7". I know
this is
the roll logs option but I'm a little unclear on the "00:00,7" portion.
Could someone explain the roll logs options to me?

While I'm at it, what I would like to do is have collectl create a different
file for each day and keep 7 days worth of files. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Jeff
