"service collectl start" fails when the collectl.conf has:
DaemonCommands =  -scdjmnstx --export gexpr,ganglia-dev-p:8649,G,i=15

Took me a long while to fine that setting the interval to 10 seconds works.
DaemonCommands =  -scdjmnstx --export gexpr,ganglia-dev-p:8649,G,i=10

Starting collectl:                                         [  OK  ]

Yet I can manually run
collectl -scdjmnstx --export gexpr,pan-ganglia-p:8649,G,i=15

Is there a reason that i must be a multiple of 10seconds, when collectl
is run as a daemon?

I was wanting to use 15 seconds, as this is the value the ganglia gmond
is using, and I don't want to have to argue that this be changed just
for my logging (others log to this same Ganglia instance).
