I'm trying to piece through all this. I don't fully understand it.
1) On the on hand, I can see that at least part of the problem is that there was this long huge thread in the marketing list, and part of it was about a multi-lingual site for marketing OOo. And I can totally see how the NLC would feel upset about that. The NLC is OOo's global community, and any site that attempts to promote OOo in more than one language, should be done through the NLC. And I understand how the global community (ie. NLC) would feel ignored and upset otherwise.
2) On the other hand, Adam raised a good point, that this discussion only started 4 days ago. That Frando has a life outside OOo and he shouldn't be held at fault for the long thread at marketing, and that this thread should not be taken to mean that the NLC is being ignored.
In any event, let's try not to argue about this. About who did what right or wrong. Instead, let's fix it. Just bring the discussion here, shake hands, hug, whatever, and move on.
