In a case like this it is also possible to reassign the issue to a
person from that native lang project with the question:
Please close this issue OR if it needs attention from development
please file a new issue in English.
Yes, absolutely, but sometimes it is difficult to identify the language
:-( And we had some cases, where issues within the native lang projects
had not been handled (well that's the case for core projects as well).
I think, we might come back to this after 2.0 release at the QA list.
