I thought IDE warn because it decide that `RunJobFlowInputRequestTypeDef`
not suitable for `dict.update`.
One thing: `job_flow_overrides` might not be
`RunJobFlowInputRequestTypeDef`. It is more related to how EMR hook deal with
this parameter - described in recent PR
