Pushed a fix for this, TLDR:
- DualStatsManager: Exposed via common.compat; edge3 and openlineage import
it from there instead of _shared.
- Made DualStatsManager Airflow 3–only in compat (add it to _IMPORT_MAP only
when AIRFLOW_V_3_0_PLUS), since it doesn’t exist in Airflow 2.
