Hi @jscheffl — I'd like to help with this. Saw the earlier thread where someone asked to work on it; wanted to check if that's still active before I start, since I don't want to duplicate effort. If it's open, I'd rather start with a bounded first piece than take on the full storyline rework at once. Proposal: audit the existing example DAGs in airflow-core/src/airflow/example_dags for ones that are already in good shape (follow best practices, have doc_md), and wire 2-3 of those into the howto docs as a first PR. That gives a concrete starting point without blocking on the larger Dag-rework/storyline design.
