@potiuk, sorry for pinging you directly. I gave this a shot today -- implementing the feature requested in issue #21139 -- and opened this PR after several rounds of self-review and test. Since this doesn't involve any third-party vendor, I placed it in the standard provider and completed the implementation. I believe this will give Airflow a resource-efficient and convenient way to build Deferrable Operators going forward.
