   Completely understandable - I appreciate you at least taking the time to 
respond. I tagged you and @potiuk, as the the initial reviewers were 
unresponsive over several weeks (which is also understandable, given the number 
of PRs and they must be very busy as well). 
   
   Actually, (maybe a bit off topic and I mean this in good spirit) - I'm an 
Open Source maintainer myself and also a fairly avid contributor to Apache 
projects, but I had not faced this situation when interacting with other 
projects like Spark. I also noticed that some of the people who are quite 
responsive (both in discussions as well as reviews) such as Sameer Mesiah don't 
have commit authority. Is the airflow team planning to onboard more committers 
to help with the situation, by any chance? 
   
   Coming back to this PR, perhaps Jarek will be able to take a second look. I 
have pinged him on Slack as well.
