#74711 works as expected with apache-airflow-providers-fab==3.10.2rc1. We tested on Airflow 3.3.2 (Python 3.12, SQLite, `airflow db migrate` and `airflow sync-perm`) with the files from the PR: - File with an unknown resource (`Data Quality Dashboard`) or an unknown action (`can_rerun`): `airflow roles import` prints the error and `No roles were imported`, exits 1, and neither role exists afterwards. With 3.10.1 the same file adds the DAG Runs permissions to `TeamViewer` before it fails. - Corrected file: both roles are created with all their permissions (`TeamViewer` gets DAG Runs and Task Instances, `TeamOps` gets Pools). With 3.10.1 the partial `TeamViewer` from the failed import stays without Task Instances. #74599, #74630 and #74653 are docs-only. Their rows are in `docs/auth-manager/access-control.rst` in the 3.10.2rc1 sdist and on the staged 3.10.2 docs page. The note the first two added was later rewritten by #74653. Not tested: PostgreSQL or MySQL, and cores older than 3.3.2.
