#74730 works as expected with `apache-airflow-providers-amazon==9.39.0rc1`.
Tested on Airflow 3.3.2 (Python 3.12, Breeze) against moto 5.2.3, not a live
AWS account.

The check builds a real `EcsRunTaskOperator` with `awslogs_group`,
`awslogs_stream_prefix` and `skip_on_exit_code=3`. It runs a moto ECS task,
marks the container `STOPPED` with the chosen exit code, and calls
`_check_success_task()`. CloudWatch Logs is moto, so a missing stream raises a
real `ResourceNotFoundException` from `GetLogEvents`.

   | Scenario | 9.38.0 | 9.39.0rc1 |
   |---|---|---|
   | Missing log stream, exit 3 (in `skip_on_exit_code`) |
`ResourceNotFoundException` escapes | Skipped (`AirflowSkipException`) |
   | Missing log stream, exit 1 | `ResourceNotFoundException` escapes | Fails
with the operator's own `AirflowException` |
   | Stream exists, exit 3 | Skipped | Skipped |
   | Stream exists, exit 1 | Fails with `AirflowException` | Fails with
`AirflowException` |

Not tested: a real ECS/CloudWatch run, and the full `execute()` path (the
waiter and the log fetcher thread).
