Brings the Arabic (`ar`) UI locale to 100% coverage. Recent UI work (Dag
bundles, Dag version comparison, loops, draining, user settings, dashboard
health instances) added 378 strings that fell back to English for Arabic users.

   - Translates all 378 missing keys across `admin`, `assets`, `browse`,
`common`, `components`, `dag`, `dags` and `dashboard`, following the `ar`
locale guide (MSA, `Dag`/`XCom` kept in English, all six CLDR plural forms,
Western Arabic numerals) and the terms already used in `ar/*.json`.
   - Removes 5 keys no longer present in the English locale.

   Checks run: `breeze ui check-translation-completeness --language ar`
(1572/1572, 0 missing, 0 TODOs, 0 unused), `prek` pre-commit and manual stages,
and `pnpm test` for the UI and the simple auth manager UI (all passing).

Native Arabic speaker review is welcome, especially for new terms with no
prior usage in the locale (e.g. drain → `تصريف`, loop iteration → `التكرار`,
partition → `تقسيم`, callback → `الاستدعاء الرجعي`).
