Depends on #74674. Until it merges, please review only the last commit.

Move the number normalization from the `Conf`-only pass in #74674 into the
shared msgpack decode path (`decodeBody` and `decodeIncomingBody`), as
suggested in the #74674 review. `GetXCom`, `TaskStateStore().Get`, and
`DagRun.Conf` now follow one rule: integers are `int64` (or `uint64` above
`MaxInt64`) and floats are `float64`, the same rule the Java SDK applies.

This changes what `GetXCom` and `TaskStateStore().Get` return. Their
integers used to arrive in their msgpack wire width (`int8`, `uint8`, `uint32`,
...), so a task that matches a narrow integer type no longer matches it. The
XCom type mapping docs are updated.

   Validation in `go-sdk/`: `go test ./...`, `go vet ./...`, golines/gofumpt,
goimports-reviser, and staticcheck passed. Tests decode compactly encoded
msgpack bodies, as the supervisor sends them, through `decodeBody` and
`decodeIncomingBody`.
