Please consider the fact that rust projects have _lots_ of dependencies...
I'd rather not have to configure the alias mappings for dozens of rust
crates each time I want to use the cargo plugin
Counterpoint: I guess rust projects don't have that many git dependencies
necessarily, and we could configure the URL mapping globally, project-wide to
avoid duplicating work?
